This is because according to a research conducted by Cisco, the world’s annual usage of Internet data will surpass a thousand exabytes threshold. For those who are not familiar with exabyte term, 1 exabyte is about 1,024 terrabytes, which is also called a ‘Zettabyte’.
To put things into perspective, if you have a digital music player, 1 Zettabyte is roughly equal to about 2 billion years of music! That’s a lot!
