Dell have made their ultra portable laptop even smaller
For years, laptop makers have been envious of Apple’s slender and innovative designs, and in particular the design of the MacBook Air. But not anymore, Dell have finally matched Apple with their XPS 13.
This latest launch from Dell boasts a sleek design, long battery life as well as state-of-the-art performance, the XPS 13 is the new laptop to beat. It cleverly squeezes a 13-inch screen in the space that other laptops require for an 11-inch screen, quite impressive, right? And if you think that the MacBook Air has a sleek design, this makes it look like a bulky laptop in comparison – especially around the screen, which on the XPS is just quarter of an inch, in comparison to the Macbook, which has a border around the screen of approximately three times that of the XPS.It gets better, the XPS has a 1920×1080 pixel display, and runs off Intel’s 5th Generation Core processors which means it has a longer battery life than most laptops – almost 12 hours. It boasts 4GB of RAM and flash storage of up to 128G, making it ideal as business laptop too. For us, this laptop is a winner, we love the ultra high-end look that it offers, it comes with an optional touch screen, but with a reasonable price tag.
This is a very attractive laptop and is a good choice if you want an all-rounder.
