Refurbished Dell Monitors

Some people may be put off by the “refurbished” term because the term “refurbished” isn’t fully understood.

A refurbished Dell monitor may not have even been opened when it has been sent to us, for example, if a company were to order a large batch of Dell monitors, only to realise they had ordered the wrong model, Dell would then collect the monitors and treat them as refurbished because they wouldn’t put any returned items back into their sales stock.

Once Dell has received the Monitors back, some boxes may have been opened, some still unopened and sealed. The Dell monitors that are factory sealed and unopened will be put on pallets and sent out to us for sale. Most of our monitors are sent to us this way.

So, a “refurbished” Dell monitor isn’t actually refurbished, it’s just that here at ITC Sales we must advertise them as such on our website.

Factory Second Dell Monitors

We also sell Dell monitors as factory seconds; this may mean the monitor has a slight cosmetic defect like a scratch on the stand. We thoroughly inspect this type of stock when it arrives and will open the boxes to see for ourselves the damage and will include a full report on the damage. Many times, a customer would not even notice the damage as the mark would be so slight.
